Low-cost courses at RVCC require textbook and/or access code purchases that cost less than $45/semester for a new copy of the book. Some courses may require additional purchases of materials other than textbooks which may increase the total cost of course materials.
Low-cost courses may include those which charge course material fees directly to a student's tuition bill (Follett Access) as long as the total cost is $45 or less for the semester.
