Qualifications

The Evelyn S. Field Library @ RVCC is pleased to offer space to the college community for programs and events that meet the following qualifications:

Of educational interest to the RVCC community or the public
50 attendees or less

Scheduling priority goes to our faculty and students. To book your next event, contact the Library Chair.

Spaces

We offer three unique spaces for your next program or event.

The Paul Robeson Institute for Ethics, Leadership, and Social Justice Resource Center

Topics: This space is given preference to those events that cover ethics, leadership, social justice.

Amenities:

Accommodates 30 people
Food is NOT permitted
Modular tables and chairs
Whiteboard
Some soft seating
Drop screen for projections
Projector-on-a-cart available on request
~ 20' x 35'

Library Classroom

Topics: This space is given preference to "traditional" instructional events.

Amenities:

Accommodates 30 people
Food is NOT permitted
Computers at every station
Three large whiteboards
Instructor computer with attached ceiling-mounted projector
Document camera

Institute for Holocaust & Genocide Studies Resource Center

Topics: This space is given preference to those events that cover Holocaust and genocide studies.

Amenities:

Accommodates 50 people
Food is NOT permitted
Modular tables and chairs
Mobile whiteboard
Some soft seating
Instructor computer with attached ceiling-mounted projector
