What if RVCC does not have the book or video I want?

Due to hygiene concerns, community patrons are not permitted to use our ILL services during the COVID-19 pandemic, at least through the Fall 2020 semester. Please use the Ask Us! button at the top of the page to chat with or email a librarian to find alternative methods for accessing desired materials.

And if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, you can always request that we obtain a book for you from another library through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). We’ll get a copy sent here for you to pick up from our Check Out Desk. Search "Libraries Worldwide" instead of just RVCC (details on that are in the Searching section of this guide). You’ll see a "Request item through Interlibrary Loan" button on any books we don’t own. You can also fill out the form on our website, linked under Services on the library homepage, if you already know the exact book you want.
