ABSTRACT EXPRESSIONIST ARTIST RESEARCH
Research a 2-D Abstract Expressionist artist/painter of your choice. This will include:
a brief history and overview of Abstract Expressionism
a brief overview and analysis of your chosen Abstract Expressionist artist
gathering 10-15 high resolution images
note actual titles, sizes and locations for each piece
You will submit:
research and painting list in a Word document
images of paintings individually
bibliography, including images
The images will be used to curate and create a virtual exhibit, presenting the paintings as the correct sizes. Know the names and sizes of paintings for the signage. Save individual files of each painting to use as textures in your future Sketchup Model.
