Applied Research in Environmental Science - ENVI 201 - Kelly & Stander

To find a specific article when you have a citation

Use this strategy if you have found a citation to an article, for example from another article's References list, to determine if the library has access to the journal in which the article was published.

  1. On Library homepage, select the Periodicals & Journals link under Find.
  2. Search Full Text Finder for the title of the journal in which the article is published. From off-campus, you will need to login with your G# and password.
  3. In the list of results, click the plus sign next to the journal you need to see which databases include that journal in full-text. The dates shown indicate the years for which full-text is available.
  4. Select a database that includes the date for the article you need, then search the database for the article title.
