A "No Show" constitutes failure to pick up reserved Passes, thereby preventing anyone else from using the Passes during that timeframe. Two "No Shows" will result in a block of Museum Pass borrowing privileges for 90 days.
Can I be placed on a waiting list if my desired date is already reserved?
No, there is not a waiting list, but you can check the calendar daily to see if there has been a cancellation.
Where do I return my Passes?
Please return the Passes to the Check Out desk. Please DO NOT drop them in the Book Return.
