  1. Who can reserve Passes?
    Students, faculty, and staff with a valid RVCC ID  (You must present your ID at the time of pick-up)
  2. How do I reserve Passes?
    Reservations are made online. Please visit the booking link below for the museum you would like to visit.
  3. How many Passes can I reserve?
    A maximum of two museums may be booked by the same person for the same day.
  4. How far in advance can I reserve Passes?
    You can reserve Museum Passes up to 90 days in advance.
  5. How long is the lending period?
    Passes are reserved for a single day. Passes may be picked up after 3:00PM the day PRIOR to your reservation. Passes must be returned by 12:00PM (Noon) the day AFTER your reservation.
  6. Where do I pick up my Passes?
    You will pick up your Passes at the Check Out Desk.
  7. Is there a charge to reserve Passes?
    There is no charge to use the pass.
  8. Is there a fine for late or lost Passes?
    Passes not returned by 12:00PM (Noon) will incur a $10/day fine. Lost Pass will be subject to replacement costs plus a $25 processing fee.

  10. Are there any penalties for a “No Show”?
    A "No Show" constitutes failure to pick up reserved Passes, thereby preventing anyone else from using the Passes during that timeframe. Two "No Shows" will result in a block of Museum Pass borrowing privileges for 90 days.
  11. Can I be placed on a waiting list if my desired date is already reserved?
    No, there is not a waiting list, but you can check the calendar daily to see if there has been a cancellation.
  12. Where do I return my Passes?
    Please return the Passes to the Check Out desk. Please DO NOT drop them in the Book Return.
