Beach Reading and Summer Viewing: Books into Film. All of the books for the Summer edition of the Reader's Corner are available as film adaptations on DVD.

Congratulations to Maura Reville, winner of the National Library Week $25 Amazon Gift Card Drawing! Check the Library News on our homepage for details about the new drawing taking place from Monday April 20 through Saturday April 25.

It's Eco-Week! To celebrate eco-week and encourage you to share resources, the library is accepting donations of popular and fiction books for the "Give-A-Book / Take-A-Book" stand that is outside our entrance. "Recycle" the books you've already read by donating them to the "Give-A-Book / Take-A-Book" (and take home one you haven't read from the stand!). All recyclers will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card as a thank you for sharing. Please bring donations to the Reference Desk between Monday 4/19 and Saturday 4/25 to be entered in the drawing. (No textbooks, please.) One winner will be randomly selected on Monday, April 27 and notified by email.

It's National Library Week! Check out one of our featured titles from Monday 4/13 through Saturday 4/18 and you will be entered in a drawing for a $25 Amazon Gift Card. A featured title includes any BOOK from our New Book Display, Reader's Corner, Autism Awareness display, Poetry Slam display, or Tuesdays with Stories display. One winner will be randomly selected on Monday, April 20 and notified by email.

If you donate at least one non-perishable food item to the Library between March 30th and May 4th, any overdue fines up to $5.00 will be waived on your account. Even if you do not have any overdue fines, please try to donate canned goods. All donations will benefit the Food Bank Network in Bridgewater.

The Library is hosting a Book Discussion of The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao written by the award winning author Junot Diaz on Tuesday, April 14, 12:00 noon to 1:30 PM in the Robeson Center, L106, during National Library Week. Registration is required and the first ten registrants will receive a free copy of the book. Light refreshments will be served. Call ext. 8350, or stop by the Reference Desk to register.
