Boolean Searches: AND
"Boolean" is a fancy term for ways to connect your keywords in a search. The connector AND tells your search to find your first keyword AND your second keyword AND so on.
Click on the 3 main keywords (words or phrases) from the research question below:
A search for "employment" AND "academic achievement" AND "college students" will return results that combine all 3 of these keywords.
Boolean Operators are simply the words AND, OR and NOT. A Boolean Search uses AND, OR and NOT to limit the way your keywords are grouped together in a search.
