The VALE Reciprocal Borrowing Program lets you easily borrow materials at participating New Jersey college and university libraries. Faculty, staff and students who are in good standing at the RVCC library qualify for this onsite borrowing option. In order to use this service you must first complete a VALE Reciprocal Borrowing Application, available through the VALE website or at our check out desk. Do I need to fill out a new application every year?

Yes, a new application needs to be filled out each year to ensure that your RVCC library account is still in good standing.

Can I bring the same application to more than one library?

No. For every library that you would like to visit, a new application form must be completed. The visiting library is required to keep the original application form for their records.

How long is the application good for?

The application is good for the current academic year, expiring on June 30th.
